TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARTWORK
• I will accept commissions based on my artsyles presented which can be anime art style or cartoony art style. Client may request an artsyle that I might be comfortable with, having the ability to create it and have the right to accept or decline.
• I won't accept heavy NSFW art commission requests or anything against the law. Might do mild NSFW but may depend on the artwork requested and I have the right to accept or refuse the requested artwork.
SERVICES AND REVISIONS
• I will create the artwork commission presented by what the client describes. Client may provide pictures for references. I will provide early sketches and line art process for the client.
• REVISIONS are accepted during the early sketches and line art process stage provided for the client. As the artwork progress reaches the coloring process to further shading stages, additional charges may be needed depending on the complexity of the artwork progress. Small little details change or small addition can be considered good for free revision.
ALLOWED USE
• Commissioned works can be used for personal use and non-commercial purposes. Client are allowed to post it anywhere but must never claim as their own.
• If agreed upon, client may use it for commercial purposes. However, reselling or redistributing the commissioned work is strictly prohibited unless agreed the rights prior by both parties.
• Though tagging the artist is not required, tagging me is deeply appreciated. Use [@psions / @psions_studio] for proper crediting.
PAYMENT
• The client may choose to pay 50% down payment or a 100% payment before I make the artwork commission. I can provide the client at least a rough idea or concept to help them make a decision before settling with a payment. At least half of the payment is required in order for me settle on working on a commissioned artwork.
• All progress work until finished work provided for the client are all watermarked until the commission is 100% fully paid.
• Sending of completed final artwork is sent via email.
